performance review 時，開明的頭總問：要長的還是要短的

Performance review is the trick, specially in big company, which company used to tight people as a slave.
It is nothing if you 看穿它．
從前，during focal review time, our manager always asked: do you want a long review, or a short review?
Since we are always busy, I only care how much raise I will get.

All the performance reviews are junk paper after you leave that company.
Therefore, 看事要淡，not worth 煩惱 for the performance review.
