be honest, I think your personality is a little bit too lay back. The CEO wants to talk to you because he cares. I dont think you have to complaint the other person is not good, you just need to tell the fact that you deserve some respect.

I think the last comment from 午後檸檬茶 is really helpful because your weakness is causing this to be happened. Talk to your CEO you have nothing to lose, it can buy you some time to find another job or buy you a chance to promote.

You stay at home without money, maybe will cause you cut down your salary for the next job. do you think worth it because a person like this? Also, when you try to find another job, what you gonna say? because I cannot work with this person, I quit?
