Well, I will say I am making $$$, and I am looking for a 8% (at least, and I think it is reasonable, if you make less than 100k, then you can make the real $ amt more than 8%) jump ideally + bonus (if there is any). However (make the point), I would like to see the over all compensation, it can be negotiable.

or you can say, i have this amt of family expense, I would like the package give this amt of money at least to cover my own expense ( I personally think this way is not a good approach.)
