通常來講，ＰＭ需要了解所管理的產品的技術發展方向，主要競爭對手的產品技術特點。

你如果應聘的事純粹ＭＫＴＧ方向的ＰＭ，上網大概了解一下基本的知識就可以了。不會太難。
