我在營運商,從PD 到mktg 都做過。MBA+MS.

招我的product director問了1)what is tech A, 2) why A is better than B. 要答到技術的關鍵,但隻在conceptual level. Question 1 - what other tech questions do I need to be prepared for PM roles in operators, besides tech trends and competitors that you mentioned?

麵過tier 1 HW vendors, PLM 嫌我沒到system level,They want hands-on engineers. Mktg給我的感覺是在招technical writer - not PMM w/ operating experience, strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership. Question 2 - Maybe I shouldn't spend more time on HW vendors?
