大家有類似情況嗎-和一些上司聯係詢問卻經常不回信，是什莫意思？

是拒絕還是。。。嘛意思？我該持續不斷的發郵件去disturb呢，還是該改變策略？平時也會碰要一些類似情況，大家都怎末辦？

最近給以前老板發信求reference也沒回信。鬱悶，冒一泡。大家踴躍有獎回答啊。
