我這種情況該跳槽不?

年初, 公司裏因為巨大的人員變動, 大老板為了留住我, 給了很好的TITLE,很好的工資,股權. 基本上我承認我是是OVERPAY了. 當然,我也基本大麵上也把日常的工作在很困難的情況下維持了下來.
最近大老板新招了人A, 名義上是和我平起平坐. 可惜合作很不愉快.我觀察, 最終會讓我REPORT 給A. 完成手上幾個大項目, A把我利用完, 明年估計就得踹了我.

留下來, 高薪, 離家近, 外加幾個非常吸引人的項目要做.

這種情況是忍著再做下去, 還是找份合適的工作? 所有身邊了解公司情況的朋友都勸我趕緊走人. 哎, 想想這年頭沒人跟錢過不去啊? 可這日子真是過不去了. 天天睡不好覺, 政治鬥爭, BABYSITTING 搞得很累.
