It is better not to put any negative comments to your current job if you don't have to. If you have to say, list facts that are not anyone's fault, like long commuting, etc. Certainly, you don't want to put too much positive ones either (then, people would wander why you change your job). The positive facts from the current job, like developing communciation skills, technical skills, leadership, etc. Just focus on the positive and interesting part of the position that you are applying. Also, you can tell them that you are interested in trying this type of job. While you are trying to convince people, don't over explain yourself.
"A less stressful job" might bring people negative feeling to what you are working with your current job which does not help people like you....
