為什麽對這個低職位低薪的職位有興趣？

我最近申請了一個職位和薪水都比現在低的工作。原因是我覺得這個工作看起來比較容易，不會壓力太大，這樣就不用常加班，可以多點時間照顧孩子。人事部給安排了一個電話麵試。我知道他們肯定要問我為什麽要離開現在的公司？為什麽對這個低職位低薪的職位有興趣？可能還會說我overqualified. 真不知道怎麽說比較好？說真實的原因，就擔心他們覺得我不願take challenge,想混日子。

很快就要電話麵試了，很想拿下這個職位。但如果這兩個問題答得不好，就得不到麵談機會。有經驗的XDJM們幫我出個主意吧。讓我能說出個比較合情合理的新老板也能接受的原因。多謝！
