Calm down, and don't dwell on whether things are fair or unfair

wait until your service year exceeds three years. Keep looking for new oppotunities incl. internal transfer etc to round up your profile. Invest more on communication and relationship buildings -- even if you don't like it as a lot of Chinese do. And explore new interests(hobbies) as healthy distraction. The job market is still very volatile at this moment, a new job cannot secure you don't get similar situation. So adjust how you think and feel. But always keep other doors open as alternative.Good luck.
