大家討論辦公室政治阿，我想湊個熱鬧

每個人的工作不同啊。我隻能就我看到的這麽一點點發表一下小小的意見。
在我的工作環境吧，我總覺得形勢是大於人的。
也就是說，我覺得你再social,再social,要爬上去還是不容易。
在這裏要爬上去，除非，老板真的很需要你幫他賺錢（這個少，誰不是螺絲釘呢）。
或者，就是有關係。
其餘的時候，老板整天誇阿，誇阿，鼓勵你多幹活阿，給點小恩小惠阿，就是不升你，不但是你，你看看你周圍的人都是這樣。你就知道老板把錢袋看得多緊了。
