A couple of more points I want to make here

I tried to listen to my boss at the beginning but he is just too way off and it is against my basic sense of responsibility for work and integrity to follow him. Sometimes I even think he is here to destroy our company.:(

I don't have long term plan to stay here as it's not healthy environment for me. But while I am still here I really want to make things right to earn what I deserve. In order to deliver this project I had worked around the clock for a long time and overcame tremendous difficulties. Also, I think I should learn how to survive and fight for myself in the corporate environment. I don't want to swallow all of unfairness quietly. I want to speak out, make some difference but I just don't know how.
