My work does align with department goal and my contribution helped our team significant in a crisis. My team lead can endorse what I said but he already moves out of this group due to the same reason. The problem is that my boss doesn't realize how important my contribution is and doesn't care much. He doesn't treat delivering project as priority and just want to get by. His poor project management is also known fact at our project team level but he is strongly protected by his boss. At one time I also want to do internal transfer but was blocked by his boss as this project needs me.The reason I want to stay is because I really like this project, I am good at it and I can learn a lot from it.
灰衣人, do you think I should talk to people worked with me from other teams to get their feedback and present it to my boss? Will it be helpful to bring up the fairness issue in our conversation? Thank you!
