(shows communication skills) You want to show synthesis (shows ability as a synthetic chemist) You want to be able to answer questions (shows thinking on your feet, for both chemistry questions and general questions)"

但今天我收到HR的伊妹兒, 要求卻是:"The interview panel has requested that you prepare a 30 min open seminar to highlight your scientific achievements and what you could contribute to CDRD. This will be followed by a closed interview session with the interview panel."
這個更像把我所有工作都講一下.應該把我的PhD 和 psotdoc 的都講一下, 像擴展的簡曆.
