Yeah. It is a challenging work. We all work 8 days in a row and then 2 or 3 days off. When I made my decision to take this job, my supervisor at the government said, it is a good opportunity for me. He told me, i am already good enough technically; I need to get knowledge and experience in project management.

Right now, I am responsible for scheduling, progress control, report writing, and have project meet deliverables etc. I'll do my best for this project even though cutting off my paycheck makes me uncomfortable.
