跟直接老板不對付,還是離開為好
大老板雖然覺得你能幹,也不見得願意來罩著你:畢竟他跟你的直接老板沒什麽過結,而你跟他的交情也不足以讓他為你出頭.
除非你幹的活真是無人能替代,你一撂挑子就會對大老板的工作造成直接影響,否則你沒有什麽勝算.
