i finished a book from the same author of "3 signs"

"5 dysfunctions of a team"

I encountered similar problems as Cathy in my team. The book makes me realize what mistakes I have made on my part.

btw: i tried to search for "3 signs" yesterday, but didn't find any free copies on the net. So I placed a hold for that in my library~
