New Manager's Confusion

I was just promoted to junior manager, 4 direct reports. Every time I speak at WW manager's meeting, no one would listen to me. Shall I just shut up and listen only?

This is in contrast to when I was principle engineer, every one listens to me when I speak.

Feel confused...
