First, sr. director is a high level person in this group but his imcompetency is also clear to many here. Frankly, I lost all my patience last year and can't make myself work with him again.
The idea to get more people involved is a good one. But most people in this group are talkers not doers after lay-off. All they can do is to "provide guidance" Geez, why do I need them to provide guidance when none of them was able to run a single program?!
But this strategy if works would give the best results. worth trying. Many thanks.
