I think he will talk with big boss himself as well. If I go too, it will simply reinforce the message. He certainly iwll be a better communicater. In this case, I want to make those wolves go away once and for all because I will be very straightforward and outspoken. My boss would be very subtle to the point that big boss would not realize how bad this could be. It happened a year ago. I can't believe history repeats itself so fast.
