that you will lose. Some people are natural born politics players. From your post, i do not think you are. Many Chinese can win in office politics; but usually it will take a long time for them/us to learn all the skills. If you think you can afford losing a job, and learn from the failure, getting a new job, ect, you may try. At the end you may become a master on politics. But from you posted here, u are clearly not a good one. Let me say in this way, if you cannot handle well the people in ur current enviorment, I am sure u will feel much more frustrated working in a small company with a person who might well be your enimy.
