這個職位該去應聘嗎？

被LAY OFF 兩個月了，朋友在一家公司供職，見我找工作找得辛苦，就像他的BOSS推薦了我，頂替他的位置，而他即將從那家公司離職，他在那家公司做得很好，後來由於一點原因，他和公司有點不愉快，但公司上上下下都很尊敬他，4個月前公司登廣告招人取代他，一直沒有人可以取代他，現在他要我替代他的職位，我覺得：1. 這有點象EAT HIS LUNCH 的味道；2. 我的能力和他的能力是天壤之別；3. 而他覺得我如果能得到這個位置，對我的鍛煉很大；他剛來電說已經和頭說好了，明天會電話麵試，我該應聘這個職位嗎？我在想是否接聽電話麵試，但不成功，這樣就此推托掉，謝謝他的引薦，實在是覺得良心上不允許這麽做，大家的意見如何？
