１３ｋ的salary increase值得去不要臉麽？

昨天interview了一家公司，技術方麵沒什麽問題，大家說得很開心，溝通很不錯．但公司環境給我感覺很不好，家具比較舊，人的穿著比較隨意，在問問題的階段，我就說我還有６個星期(4 weeks notice + 2 weeks annual leave)才能resign current role.因為他們有很大的project coming throu,要人要的很急，恨不能明天就能上班哪種.４個星期就是他們能等的最大期限了．

本來這事我覺得就結束了，下午收到recruiter的email,問能不能work out,我說現在的公司不pay outstanding的annual leave,這是在contract上寫的，而且我簽過字的，recruiter說這不合法，他們跟fare trading打過電話，你可以告你老板．．．來回往來的10幾個email,我一直也沒說我特別不喜歡他們的office(這個理由聽起來好像很可笑，起碼我是這麽覺得）,一直在avaliablity上糾纏，最後今天上午剛收到他們的email,說要多pay $4000的salary來cover我這２weeks的損失（是每年多，不隻是今年）。

這樣看下來，他們的offer要比我現在多１３Ｋ，這次我有點猶豫了。

我們現在老板各個方麵對我還不錯，工作很輕鬆，壓力不大，我來半年就走掉了，的確我心裏有些過意不去。我在的team也不錯，member之間關係融洽，能互相cover。

感覺那個公司不那麽穩定，以後的幾個月裏還要繼續招７個人，擴張這麽快的公司，我感覺砍人也決不含糊。最近我還想換大房子，穩定可能是我考慮比較多的東西。

隻為錢動不是我的風格，自己感覺特不要臉，但１３ｋ的salary increase值得去不要臉麽？真的優點迷茫了。
