辭還是不辭？

我在一家投資公司做，收入還可以，可是和老板關係不好，非常抑鬱和壓抑。家有一寶，已經4歲了，經常想回家帶孩子得了。可是本地房價奇高，要買好學區的房子，沒有百萬是不行的，我若辭了，房子就成問題。很猶豫。我問老公，他讓我自己拿主意。我知道他心裏還是在意我那份薪水。我在這家公司被這變態老板折磨得連找工作的自信都沒有了，就想休息一段時間。好累。
