Take with your manager first, and privately, show him what you did, tell him it his his choice whether make the improvement or not. It is his call, no matter what, you will be happy with his decision.

小老板是這種人，他很又可能口頭上（不是很樂意地）說O.K.，因為他也知道麵上要表現成一個好的領導者，但實際上會以後更加不給我機會了。lead engineer 為什麽能拍小老板的馬匹，有一點就是他完完全全地cover小老板的shit－比如說一些技術上的錯誤.
