一心兩點三忘記,咱讓頭來拿主意.無論如何咱都中,上善若水活的易

因為我並不打算在此長待，所以對這些壓製上不是太難過――誰叫我跟老板合不太來呢？但是即便如此，我也不能默默承受就算了，我不為在這的什麽職業目標但我也要為自己的名聲爭一爭。所以我一方麵是盡力拍著小老板的馬屁（有一定的效果，至少穩住了他），一方麵努力工作、爭取機會。

現在，我有些工作做得不錯，也有些能提高group工作質量和效率的成果或建議。但恰恰這些工作是改進了小老板以前的工作，所以要是提出來，小老板肯定不會高興的。lead工程師當然是知道的，他當然不會積極地采用或推薦給小老板。但我不甘心這麽好的東東就爛在那裏，再說我也希望至少大老板能知道我的貢獻――這對他對我的performance評估也有好處啊。

-- Take with your manager first, and privately, show him what you did, tell him it his his choice whether make the improvement or not. It is his call, no matter what, you will be happy with his decision.

-- What you car is: the manager will give you a good recomendation for your next job hunting...in the future...
