猶太老女同事雖說幹活硬件方麵差些，但軟件方麵的確有借鑒的地方。

如語言表達，說話不緊不慢，但心眼兒轉得象toyota的隻加速不減速的車輪；email寫得滴水不漏，象防彈衣一樣把自己保護得完美無缺；使起陰招來總有官免堂簧的理由，如欺負實習生，別有用心地跟我play culture card：就說昨天她在回一同事的email最後說"please let me know if you need any help understanding 小謀＂，我是那個項目的技術顧問，但項目不是我設計的，項目的description是老女人起草的, 所以具體幹活的和我這個顧問對項目的document有很多疑問。結果老女人先移花接木地把她的問題轉到我的問題，又利用文化差異想激起我對她的文字的過激反應。她那句話我征求了老中和老美的意見，老中覺得很offensive, 老美說也許老女人沒有什麽別的意思，我又結合了我正在上的＂workplace technical communication"的課，其中一條就是要針對reader的文化背景注意修辭。老女人就是想讓我堵，利用文化差異打心理仗。我的反應就是按兵不動，讓她先過過嘴癮吧。
