我很想resign，請大家幫我參考。

我們老板正式在我們組宣布了要開始尋找Out source pakage。會後，他怕我撂挑子，他告訴我不著急。我至少還可以呆一年。可對我來說，我一天也不想呆了。我做為J2EE deverloper with Computer Science MS Degree在他那裏呆了4年。完成了Senior developer 不能完成的項目。他還是不給我提成Senior title。我再呆一年有什麽意義？

我想選擇兩種方式之一：
1。resign becaue family moving（moving is not true）
2。回中國vacation後不回來，交一resign letter。
