buttons - option buttons- you can click to check it and click to uncheck it. If the form gives you options such as "full time", "part time", you can check one option.

I have so many option buttons on the form and they belong to different groups. right now, I can only check one option on the entire worksheet. I can't check and choose one option in each group.

Where do you find excel form templates?
