工作剛滿6個月,與老板不合被迫辭職走人

心情煩躁，工作剛滿6個月，因為與老板一些工作上小事不合，老板看我越來越不順眼，暗示我辭職，如果走人的話，找下一份工作，怎樣解釋上一個工作隻幹半年，比較合適？還有，我在多倫多，這樣能申請EI嗎，先謝謝各位朋友了
