今年6月份我把兩歲的兒子送到一家很小的Montessori School. 去的時候在一堆paper上簽了字, 我也沒仔細讀裏麵的條文. 我現在不想送這家了, 今天就給她們發了個Email. 結果沒有想到的是, 她們回了一個長Email, 說我們當初和她們簽了協議, 中間不能退出(除非家長丟了工作), 否則我們就要把全學年的錢全部補給她們,除非有新的孩子來替代我兒子.

I will need to work out the cost. Technically you are liable for the remainder of the school year. I will need to speak to the owner regarding this. It is common that families will pay for the tuition until a replacement comes to the school to take the child's place. This is a school and not a daycare, we commit a lot of time in our students and we are forced to find a replacement for the child when they leave mid-year. I will need to get back to you.
