我該什麽時候告訴hiring manager我懷孕了?

懷孕4個半月是去麵試他們沒有看出來,hiring manager今天說offer在等大老板簽字,應該很快能發出來.估計不出意外的話會讓我一月初去上班,那時我都懷孕6個多月了,請問我應該在簽好offer letter之後去上班前跟他們說一聲嗎?還是等去上班那天再說?
如果提前說的話,我是打算發個郵件跟manager說我可以工作到生之前(3月底),並且會在生完的6周後回去上班.大家有什麽建議或經驗分享?謝謝
