I have to read your post couple times to understand what your really mean. I guess my EQ really sucks.
So nobody except me would like to take #1. That really makes me doubt myself. Do you really think that the benefit and the security would worth more than $12K? I am kinda of disappointed on both offers as I was making about $20K more from my last work which ended over a month ago(A startup going downhill very badly, or it was due to my high salary that I was kicked out). But as I read all your posts regarding the current job market, I figured I would like to take one of the offers, right?
