每年的年終獎評比自己總是被評得很低

工作已經非常努力了，
但是總感覺自己的努力沒有得到應有的回報，
已經連續一年半連續被被評為P2（平均水平是P3）。
壇上的各位大蝦有類似的經驗嗎？
雖然每次都據理力爭，但是總也改變不了結果。
