該不該接受這個內部transfer?

我現在在A部門工作，幹得還不錯。B部門的頭兒找到我現在的經理，說想讓我過去替代B的一個組員，原因是那個組員會被分配別的任務，所以要找一個人把他現在的活接下來。B部門的頭兒覺得我是個合適的人選，就來找我的經理商量。我的經理跟我談了談，讓我自己考慮，如果我同意過去，那還要兼著現在的活兒，等於是兩邊都幹。以後的直接報告給B經理。

大家說說我應該怎麽考慮

去的理由：
1 職責更大了
2 被裁的可能性降低了
3 有可能加薪（現在還是一廂情願的想法）
4 拒絕的話擔心影響對我個人的看法
5 做出成績可能性比較大 （現在B的這個組員做的不是很好，也有可能是這個原因要換人）

不去的理由
1 工作肯定多很多，至少需要現在兩倍的精力。
2 可能隻加工作不加薪
3 我和B組要替換的那位員工關係比較僵，工作交接可能也是問題

如果不去的話，怎麽拒絕才比較得體？如果去的話，怎麽提條件才不會令人反感，比如加薪?
