麵試歸來

昨天麵試歸來，麵試我的是CEO 和HR，對方要求提供REFERENCES，今天給了他們兩位，請問REFERENCE CHECK 主要問些什麽問題？是CHECK 我的工作能力還是為人處事？是否是如果REFERENCE CHECK 沒有問題的話，就基本上可以定下來了？

另，前天電話麵試的時候，HR問我有關薪水要求，她告訴我這個職位的薪水大致在90K-130K，加BONUS，不好意思地說，當時一聽還是心中竊喜，於是就對她講了，我覺得根據我的經驗和能力，認為自己應該在工資範圍的上限，HR 說OK,隻要在BUDGET內就行。昨天沒有談到工資問題，但看得出似乎他們對我還是蠻感興趣的，現在自己有點想再要價高一點，諸如130K-150K，加BONUS， 是否可以有一天WORK AT HOME， 畢竟開車要1個小時20分鍾的車程，當他們談論薪水時是否可以這樣再抬高一點還是見好就收？如何談比較有策略性？
