Agree! That's why the hunter doesn't like the resume

we are not confident too. First we tried to hide the fact that the experience was 10 years ago, but the hunter asked to change the resume to be in chronical order. Then there is no place to hide the fact....

So what do you think? Is that a good idea to add this experience into recent projects too? Will they have a way to check it?
