I feel it's probably a good idea that you work with this boss until you get your green card.
I understand your feelings (somewhat being treated unfairly), and although you can say that the boss is not a very reasonable person to begin with. But if you step back a little bit, and hold your anger, you can see that what she had been doing regarding being very strict with you is still within her responsibility (or authority) and the company's policy. In that regard, if I were you, I would do my best to improve myself in the areas in which she can easily pick on you.
After all, things like dressing up neatly at work, being on time, etc can make you feel very good about going to work and working with your clients. Those are great attributes one can develop, keep, and benefit from it in your future career that surely has a long way to come.
So as far as your question is concerned, my answer (without really being a member of your team and knowing everything, but just from what I have been hearing from you and the other people in the forum) would be 應該忍並嚴格要求自己.
Best wishes!
Best wishes!!!
Let me just say something if you still want my opinion.
