here is my reasons

在工作上每個人都有自己的優點和缺點，都需要彼此包容。有些人的優點是從來不遲到，缺點是上班時間愛聊天。隻要工作能很好的完成，我們就不需要去給別人挑刺。她的行為就是不包容別人的非致命性的缺點。我覺得我掐點上班沒什麽錯。工作本來就不是一件全程愉悅的事情，為什麽還要強迫自己改掉那一點點的最後的屬於自己的並無大害的缺點呢？為什麽我能包容她那麽多，她就不能包容我這一點點呢？我從心理上接受不了。
