出於這種原因換工作是不是不值？

我的工作聽起來很不錯，也不累，待遇一般，和９０％的同事關係融洽，還有一個所謂的死黨。問題就出來這個１０％的人身上。她學曆，PEOPLE SKILL等各方麵都比較差，我剛進去的時候對我很刻薄，處處想讓我出醜。沒想到我跨越重重難關，竟然沒讓她得逞。最近陰差陽錯，她居然當上我的SUPERVISOR了，原因就不在這探究了，比較複雜。我工作效率高，在工作上很難挑出我的毛病，沒準我還比她懂。但是我有個特點就是上班是掐著點到的。既然是掐點到，難免就會有遲到一兩分鍾的問題。她就抓住我這點不放了，經常得到我遲到幾分鍾，讓我TAKE LEAVE。這個理論上我說不過去，因為畢竟是有明文規定，幾點上班就是幾點上班，遲到一分鍾也算遲到，既然遲到就論作請假處理。但是從情理上來說，上上下下象我這樣的人多了是了，到點了才磨磨蹭蹭進電梯，他們怎麽就沒事兒啊？有的還遲到一二時分鍾都沒人管。為什麽到我身上就那麽苛刻呢？我整天穿著人模人樣的去上班，本想樹立點威望的，還老被她揪著屁股後麵修辮子，多好的形象也經不住這樣折騰啊。在這上班的人，你們遲到有人管嗎？我是說掐點去的那種一兩分鍾的遲到。今天又和她發生衝突了，真想放下狠話不幹了。走可以，但是不能因為她。雖然我心裏知道八成有她的因素，但是也要找個機會風風光光地走。大家幫我分析分析，我這個情況應不應該騎驢找馬了？周末了，心情很不好。
