have you ever seen/exp this before...

the BEST result(s) that your direct boss wanted to see was...a failure of the project and he/she would absol. support you after...your boss gained something he/she wanted, and you got trusted from your boss, and the company...wow! we all need to re-write this statment: "Taking initiatves for the benetfit of the company is a good quality of star employees."
