硬件工程師改行軟件?

本人是有十年工作經驗的芯片工程師.失業半年來發現灣區芯片市場奇差,
(I have a lot friends are in the same boat. Even no recruiter calls
now.)看來半導體已是夕陽產業, 想要轉行學軟件.
我會的軟件有c,c++,java.
請問那種軟件職位最易入行,起薪如何,需要學好那些語言?

墾請各位不吝賜教.
