Thank you all for your time and suggestions.
Yes. It is extremely unclear who should do what--this is one of manager A's poor performances. B and C are Manager A's favorites. Whenever I ask A to show me the job descriptions, answer is we're small group, everybody has mulitple roles. And, he tells me what I should do (everything!) Whenever I ask B and C'roles in this project, what they should do in this project, he would use any excuse to get away from these questions. Shall I go to up level to tell them my situation? From the job title, I believe generating tables is not my job. It should be B's job. But, once I post--- it limited in our group only, B can use them, whenever other dept' need anything.
Outside would never knows I make all these contributions--just as my previous project: B claimed he did the production of codes (although he uses all my codes. The difference between his and mine is more subgroup Tables are generated using "if" statement to rerun the codes. He also added his name in the code as revised....Unless people really have time to investigate who really did what in the code, people would have impression he did all--- Acturally, it turns out to be true)
How I fight back wisely?
