能吃回頭草嗎？

麻煩各位指點一下。 我自己一年前要求內部transfer,換到另外一個比較重要的組（那個組的老板也很有權），當時是麻煩了兩邊的manager,最後換成了。現在我在這個組呆得很不舒服，原來的組又走了一個人，我可以換回去嗎？ 有人有這個經驗嗎？ 會有什麽後果？ 我知道這麽折騰是很可笑可悲的。

請各位指教， 要求換回去有什麽後果，是不是非常的罕見和不正常？ 還是我該另外找工作來離開現在的組？ （不過現在的市場， 是想找也難啊）。 謝謝各位！
