批評一下anotherchinese同學

看來你應該是技術上的行家，boss可能技術上跟你無可比。但是這並不能說他不能勝任做你的boss。很多老板的職責不是跟手下一起卷起袖子幹活的，更多的是負責潤滑部門內部與外部，讓本部門的工作更加順利有效率。即使他也靠技術吃飯，某些方麵不如手下也很正常，關鍵是相互尊重，相互取長補短，相互提高。千萬別因為別人的一點短處就嗤之以鼻。再說，就你說到的兩台電腦之間的copy & paste並不是不可能的，你沒經曆過的未必是不存在的。我下麵給你的回帖給你看到我單位的vpn恰恰就允許這樣的copy。 這件事本身沒有什麽大不了，但希望我們都能相互吸取經驗教訓，作為團隊成員，基本的是，尊重，真誠，合作。
