Yesterday i went for an on-site interview. It should be failed. Coding on the whiteboard was the major thing, no any dummy HR talks. this is the first formal one in the past 3weeks.
in fact i would have been able to pass it, HashTable is much faster yet i didn't use it at the beginnig. what a pity. I know exactly how to use HashTable in searching of big number of items, yet still made the mistake. Kind of sad. Haaaaiiiiiii.
There are very few chances for real jobs these days. Hope i could pass the other on-site interview next Tuesday, with the sadness and confidence.
