White board coding is quite common, even for HW designer.
I just had two on sites. First round had a lot coding
problem. I passes it and pleased the hiring manager to get the 2nd round. A tricky IQ question knocked me down this time. I met 4 people and two of them were nice, one was normal and one was rude and mean. They were 1 team member
from this group, 1 design manager and 2 designers from other group.Any chance I can get an offer? What can I do
to turn it round now? Thanks!
