Typical problems for our Chinese Colleague.

Too care about youself and ignore team work. The most important for us to learn is how to build good interpersonal skills in the team or organization. There are many technical experts for our Chinease colleage, but seldom managers or leaders in big corporation.

If I was your boss, I will be very dissapointed for your behavior. If you do not change your working style. You will be evaluated as good technical competence with poor communication skills.
