年中評估 half-year review

昨天做了盼望已久的半年評估。 進現在的公司不到1年，這已經是我第2次評估了。評估一切都好，老板們對我的最大的要求就是做到 work-life balance, 千萬不能因工作壓力大而quit. 評估結束前，老板們給了60K的“年中獎”，這還是預料之中的事，沒想到的是，老板們還加了我20K的工資，這已經是今年第2次加工資了。更沒想到的是，老板們還給了我一份近150K的長期分紅獎金，(4-5年後可以開始拿這筆錢）。
這樣一來，我第一次拿到年薪近~250K。以前從來沒有想過有一天能拿這麽多，就算跳槽前也不知道新公司能給這麽多。
看來還是要dream big.想想什麽時候能夠300K，400K。。。
