氣死人了，你們幫我看看因該怎樣做

B 在一個公司做了5年的accountant...薪水好不容易每年漲點漲到60K。可是今天在jobs.com發現了公司請人。工作範圍呢10樣裏麵有9樣是b現在正在做的。問題是一個新人，starting salary 居然是63K-73K. 而b 做了5年，薪水都不到這個新職位的最低起薪 。b 應該 跟上司講 （上司很沒用的，永遠都不會幫員工謀福利），還是跟老板講（老板對加薪是很敏感的）？還是不講。

告訴我這個情形應該怎樣做嘛。。謝謝啦
